As Shah Rukh Khan gears up to celebrate his 60th birthday on November 2, the actor has already started spreading joy among his fans — in true King Khan style.
On October 30, SRK hosted his much-loved #AskSRK session on X (formerly Twitter), where he answered fans’ questions with trademark wit, charm, and humour. Naturally, most fans were curious about his much-anticipated next film, King, directed by Siddharth Anand.
Playful Banter Between SRK and Siddharth Anand
During the session, one fan asked, “Sir kya suspense hai ye.. please ab kuch toh hint de do!” Tagging Siddharth Anand, SRK replied, “@justSidAnand kuch dikha na finally! Fans aur main dono tired ho gaye hain guessing game khelte khelte… aap ‘Remember’… ‘There is..’… bol bolke kya tease kar rahe ho?”
Siddharth responded coolly, “@iamsrk Hahaha. Sir… ‘Remember’ – Good things take time. ‘There is’ – work still going on for the Title Reveal of our film. #KING.”
Never one to miss a beat, SRK replied, “Tumhare wait sir….wait sir ke chakar mein, I’m re-releasing my old films! Come on man!! Kuch toh kar apart from drinking green tea…please.”
To this, Siddharth fired back with a clever line, “You know what they say sir — a King arrives when he wants to, not when he’s supposed to. #KING.”
SRK then added humorously, “You’ve become more and more like me. Giving cryptic answers to straightforward questions. Theek hai Boss… Fans!!! Go after him…. Humla!!! At least the Title Reveal… just that much please.”
Fans Eager for King Title Reveal
The banter left fans laughing and even more curious about King. Reports suggest that the title and first look might be unveiled on November 2, coinciding with SRK’s birthday.
However, the superstar’s replies hinted that the teaser may not drop just yet. When a fan asked if the teaser would release on his birthday, SRK quipped, “Abhi Title toh announce kiya nahi officially…. tum Teaser par kaise pahunch gaye!!!”
